Structural Integration (Rolfing)
This massage uses deep directional pressure to realign the bones within the fascial system. Systematic repatterining of the body's fascial lines and structure using specific strokes. Identification of adhesions and holding patterns in the body. This modality is interactive with the client, this is not a relaxation massage. Homework and repatterning exercises may be provided. Because the body is a complex web more than one session will most likely be needed to achieve desired results.
Reiki & Energy Balancing
With over 18 years of experience this session will incorporate MultiDimensional Self Healing Therapy, Usui Method Reiki among other energy clearing balancing techniques, to align and balance the major energy centers, structures and pathways in and around the body. In addition to clearing whatever is blocking or interfering with the flow of energy. Balancing the energies of the body allows for more available energy for you to use as well as protection from outside influences and fatique.
